Armored Helix is an Enterprise AI Engineering firm. Most organizations can produce an AI demonstration; far fewer can run AI in production—integrated with enterprise systems, governed, evaluated, and maintained. That gap is our specialty.
We design, build, deploy, and maintain production AI systems for regulated organizations. The work is engineering discipline applied to AI: sound architecture, security by default, governance and human oversight, systematic evaluation, and maintainability over the life of the system.
How we work
Architecture before implementation
Production AI systems are architecture problems first: data boundaries, integration surfaces, oversight models, and failure modes are designed before code is written. We know the difference between GMP and GLP, and we build for the reality of regulated environments.
Security and governance by design
Least-privilege access, audit logging, permission-aware data handling, and human oversight are structural properties of our systems, not features added before launch. Governance is part of the architecture.
Evaluated, not assumed
We treat AI behavior as something to be measured. Evaluation frameworks, regression detection, and telemetry are built alongside the system so that behavior is demonstrable before and after every change.
Built to be maintained
Production systems live for years. We engineer for maintainability—version governance, rollback strategies, documentation, and knowledge transfer—so the systems we build can be operated and extended long after delivery.
